Today we called for service and were given a same day afternoon appointment and were pleasantly surprised to receive a call advising the technician would be arriving earlier then expected. Blake was in and out within an hour. Always pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.
Apple Plumbing was wonderful to work with. Within hours of my call, they were at my home to replace a failing hot water tank. They also helped deal with the warranty on the tank. From the folks who scheduled the work (Sheila and Luke) to the technician who installed the tank (Joe), they were all so pleasant and professional! We love Apple Plumbing! We had some challenging plumbing needs with our 1800’s farmhouse, but Luke and Dylan came out with such friendly can-do and positive attitudes and were able to problem solve a solution! They even came back after hours to make sure everything was good to go and safe. We have a non-profit and needed an ADA compliant toilet. They were so knowledgeable about ADA codes and were quick to install what we needed. I’m so happy we were recommended Apple Plumbing and will be sure to use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future!
We had a leak coming from the top of our water heater. Called Apple, right away spoke with (Jeff) over the phone. He was extremely helpful and sent someone out within a few hours. Looking at the problem, he was able to give us a very reasonable quote. The plumber on call (John Stone) was tremendously helpful. He did an amazing job. 5 stars to Apple Plumbing, Heating and Air. Will be using them for any future repairs and maintenance. A huge Thank you! And would highly recommend!
